Founded in 1990, Kenneth Hahn Architects is a medium-sized firm, dedicated to providing outstanding professional Architectural/Engineering services to a wide range of clients. The firm has grown to include some of the most talented and experienced professionals in the region. Our licensed architects have an average of 28 years experience in the profession.
Working together with our carefully selected engineering consultants, our professional staff provides our clients the high quality of service that they have come to expect from KHA. A great percentage of our firm's work comes from repeat clients who choose KHA because they know their projects are carefully handled by skilled, experienced, and hard-working professionals.
KHA has extensive experience in designing large and challenging projects, especially for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, and National Park Service. Other major clients include Omaha Public Schools, Nebraska Furniture Mart, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and Schering-Plough Animal Health.
We have designed a number of complex multi-million dollar projects for a wide range of clients. The majority of these were difficult renovations and additions that required KHA's expertise in providing innovative Architectural solutions.
KHA is committed to sustainable design, having designed two projects for the U.S. Air Force that are scheduled to become LEED-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. These will be among the first LEED-certified buildings in both the state of Nebraska and the U.S. Air Force. Our practice has always focused on environmentally-responsible design, long before the current "green" building trend.
